A school where the focus is on the students, and not the bottom line.

A school where you had access to your teacher via email, 7 days a week.

A school where you would receive announcements and newsletters directly to your email, along with reports on your student's progress.

A school where you had access to all necessary practice materials, including recordings of your most recent lesson, as soon as the same day of that lesson.

A school where you could cancel, request rescheduling, check your balance owing and even make your monthly payments via their website, any time day or night.

A school where the teachers are TEACHERS, not frustrated performers or 16 year-olds taking advanced lessons themselves.

You'd say it was a fantasy.
